How to check the insulation strength of the measuring motor?

1. Generally, the insulation resistance of motor is measured by megohmeter, and the insulation resistance between each two-phase winding and each phase winding and casing is measured to judge the insulation performance of motor.

2. When measuring insulation resistance with megohmeter, 500 V megohm is usually used for motor with voltage below 500 V, 1000 V megohm is used for motor with voltage between 500 V and 1000 V, and 2500 V megohm is used for motor with voltage above 1000 V.

3. Under the condition of thermal state (750C), the insulation resistance of ordinary medium and small-sized low-voltage motors should not be less than 0.5MEuro, the insulation resistance of the stator of the high-voltage motor should not be less than 1MEuro per kilovolt working voltage, and the insulation resistance of the rotor winding of each volt working voltage winding should not be less than 0.5MEuro at least. The insulation resistance of the two circuit should not be less than 1 MEG.

The measuring steps of motor insulation resistance are as follows:

1. Disconnect the 6 ends of the junction box of the motor.

2. Place the mega-ohm level, first do not connect, shake mega-ohm meter, meter needle should point to "uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

3, measure the resistance between three phase windings of motors. The two test clips are connected to either end of any two-phase winding, and the meter is flattened. After shaking the megohm meter at a constant speed of 120 revolutions per minute for one minute, the indicator value of the stability of the meter needle is read.

4, in the same way, the insulation resistance values of each phase and the enclosure are measured successively. However, it should be noted that the "E" is shown on the table.
