1. When the stator and rotor rubbing, there will be a harsh "click" rubbing sound, which is mostly caused by bearing failure. The bearing should be checked and the damaged person updated. If the bearing is not damaged, and found that the bearing goes through the inner or outer ring, can be inserted or replaced bearing and end cover.
